1. 목적
이 약관은 dbeat(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 voplo 앱과 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. Apple 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인하면 이 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
2. 서비스의 내용
이용자는 최대 20초의 허밍을 녹음해 보낼 수 있습니다. 보낸 허밍은 무작위로 선정된 최대 5명에게 전달됩니다. 다섯 명이 모두 들었거나 24시간이 지나면 허밍은 보낸 사람에게 돌아오고, 돌아온 뒤 24시간 동안 다시 들을 수 있습니다. 그 이후에는 삭제됩니다. 받은 허밍은 처음 재생한 뒤 24시간 동안 다시 들을 수 있고 그 뒤 종료되며, 48시간 안에 재생하지 않으면 만료됩니다. voplo+를 구독하면 최대 40초까지 녹음할 수 있고 최대 10명에게 전달됩니다(제8조).
수신자는 선택할 수 없습니다. 5초보다 짧거나 소리가 거의 없는 녹음은 전송되지 않습니다. 서비스는 실시간 대화 수단이 아니며, 녹음을 장기간 보관하는 용도로 제공되지 않습니다.
3. 이용 자격과 계정
- 서비스는 만 16세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 하나의 계정은 한 사람만 사용할 수 있으며, 다른 사람에게 양도하거나 대여할 수 없습니다.
- 닉네임은 실명일 필요가 없습니다. 다만 다른 사람을 사칭하거나 불쾌감을 주는 이름은 사용할 수 없습니다.
- 계정은 프로필 화면에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제하면 보낸 허밍과 받아둔 허밍이 모두 지워지며 복구할 수 없습니다.
4. 허밍에 대한 권리
녹음한 허밍에 대한 권리는 녹음한 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 서비스를 이용함으로써 운영자에게 해당 허밍을 저장, 압축하고, 무작위로 선정된 이용자에게 전달하고, 정해진 시간이 지나면 삭제하는 데 필요한 범위의 비독점적 이용을 허락합니다. 이 허락은 서비스 운영에만 사용되며, 허밍이 삭제되면 함께 종료됩니다. 권리 없이 다른 사람의 목소리나 음악을 녹음해 보내서는 안 됩니다.
돌아온 허밍을 영상으로 저장하는 기능은 개인적 용도로만 제공됩니다. 다른 사람의 허밍은 저장할 수 없습니다.
5. 금지 행위
이용자는 다음에 해당하는 허밍을 보내거나 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 위협하거나, 자해 또는 자살을 조장하거나 묘사하는 내용
- 특정 개인이나 집단에 대한 혐오, 차별, 괴롭힘
- 선정적이거나 성적인 내용
- 광고, 스팸, 반복되는 소음, 내용 없는 녹음
- 다른 사람의 개인정보(이름, 연락처, 주소 등)를 담은 내용
- 법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용
- 자동화 도구로 서비스를 호출하거나, 전달 규칙을 우회하거나, 다른 이용자의 정보를 얻으려는 시도
- 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 복제, 역설계, 재배포하는 행위
6. 신고와 조치
받은 허밍은 재생 화면에서 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고된 허밍은 즉시 모든 수신자에게서 회수되며, 신고한 이용자는 해당 발신자의 허밍을 다시 받지 않습니다. 운영자는 신고된 허밍을 검토하기 위해 30일간 보존할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 이용자가 이 약관을 위반했다고 판단하는 경우 사전 통지 없이 허밍을 삭제하거나, 서비스 이용을 제한하거나, 계정을 정지 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다. 위반이 명백하지 않은 경우에는 가능한 범위에서 먼저 알립니다.
7. 서비스의 변경과 중단
운영자는 서비스의 기능을 추가, 변경, 종료할 수 있습니다. 서비스 전체를 종료하는 경우 최소 30일 전에 앱 안에서 공지합니다. 점검, 장애, 외부 인프라 사정으로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있으며, 이 경우 전달 중인 허밍의 시간 계산이 달라질 수 있습니다.
8. 유료 구독 voplo+
voplo+는 선택형 자동 갱신 구독입니다. 구독하면 최대 40초까지 녹음할 수 있고, 허밍이 최대 10명에게 전달되며, 모든 방과 파장을 사용할 수 있습니다. 기본 기능은 구독 없이도 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 가격은 월 3,300원 또는 연 22,000원입니다(부가세 포함, 국가별로 다를 수 있음). 결제는 Apple App Store를 통해 이루어지며 이용자의 Apple 계정으로 청구됩니다.
- 구독은 현재 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 같은 기간과 가격으로 자동 갱신됩니다. 해지는 iOS 설정의 Apple 계정 → 구독에서 할 수 있으며, 해지하더라도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 혜택이 유지됩니다.
- 환불은 Apple의 정책에 따라 Apple이 처리합니다. 운영자는 직접 환불할 수 없습니다.
- 하나의 구독은 하나의 계정에 연결됩니다. 다른 계정에서 같은 구독을 복원하면 이전 계정의 혜택은 해제됩니다. 계정을 삭제하면 구독 연결도 해제되지만, 청구를 중단하려면 Apple에서 구독을 별도로 해지해야 합니다.
- 구독 중에 보낸 허밍은 전송 당시의 길이와 도달 인원으로 끝까지 전달됩니다. 구독이 끝나면 이후 보내는 허밍부터 기본 조건이 적용되며, 기본에 포함되지 않은 방과 파장은 기본 항목으로 돌아갑니다.
- 가격이나 혜택이 변경되는 경우 시행 전에 앱 안에서 공지합니다. 가격 인상은 Apple의 절차에 따라 동의를 받습니다.
9. 책임의 제한
서비스의 기본 기능은 무료로 제공되며, 서비스는 현재 상태 그대로 제공됩니다. 운영자는 서비스가 중단 없이 또는 오류 없이 제공될 것을 보증하지 않습니다. 다른 이용자가 보낸 허밍의 내용에 대한 책임은 해당 이용자에게 있으며, 운영자는 이를 사전에 검수하지 않습니다. 운영자는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접 손해나 특별 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 발생한 손해에는 이 제한이 적용되지 않습니다.
10. 약관의 변경
약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 이용자에게 불리하거나 중요한 변경은 시행 최소 7일 전에 앱 안에서 공지합니다. 변경된 약관의 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 계정을 삭제하고 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.
11. 준거법과 분쟁 해결
이 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석됩니다. 서비스와 관련한 분쟁이 발생하면 먼저 아래 연락처로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다. 운영자는 원만한 해결을 위해 노력하며, 소송이 필요한 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 진행합니다.

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the voplo app and related services (the "Service") provided by dbeat (the "Operator"). By signing in with an Apple or Google account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
In voplo you record a hum of up to 20 seconds and send it. It is delivered to up to five randomly chosen people. When all five have listened, or 24 hours have passed, the hum comes back to you, and you can replay it for 24 hours. Then it is gone. A hum you receive can be replayed for 24 hours after your first play, then it ends; it expires if unheard for 48 hours. With a voplo+ subscription you can record up to 40 seconds and a hum reaches up to ten people (section 8).
You cannot choose who receives a hum. Recordings shorter than 5 seconds, or with almost no sound in them, are not sent. The Service is not a real-time messaging tool and not a place to keep recordings.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- One account is for one person. You may not transfer or lend it.
- Your nickname need not be your real name, but it may not impersonate someone else or be offensive.
- You can delete your account any time from the profile screen. Deletion erases your sent and held hums and cannot be undone.
4. Your hums
You own the hums you record. By using the Service you grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to store, compress, deliver to randomly selected users, and delete your hums, to the extent needed to run the Service. The license is used only to operate the Service and ends when the hum is deleted. Do not record and send other people's voices or music without the right to do so.
Saving a returned hum as a video is for your own use. Other people's hums cannot be saved.
5. What is not allowed
Do not send hums that, or otherwise act in ways that:
- threaten anyone, or encourage or depict self-harm or suicide
- express hate, discrimination, or harassment toward a person or group
- are sexual or sexually suggestive
- are advertising, spam, repeated noise, or empty recordings
- disclose someone else's personal information (name, contact details, address, and so on)
- break the law or infringe others' rights
- call the Service with automated tools, circumvent the delivery rules, or try to obtain other users' information
- copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service
6. Reports and enforcement
You can report a hum you receive from its playback screen. A reported hum is pulled from every recipient immediately, and you will not receive hums from that sender again. The Operator may keep a reported hum for 30 days for review.
If the Operator determines that these terms have been violated, it may delete hums, restrict use of the Service, or suspend or delete the account without prior notice. Where the violation is not clear-cut, we try to notify you first.
7. Changes to and discontinuation of the Service
The Operator may add, change, or end features. If the Service is shut down entirely, we give at least 30 days' notice in the app. Maintenance, outages, or third-party infrastructure issues may pause the Service, and the timing of hums in flight may shift as a result.
8. The voplo+ subscription
voplo+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription. It raises the recording limit to 40 seconds, delivers each hum to up to ten people, and unlocks every room and wave. The core Service stays free without it.
- The price is ₩3,300 per month or ₩22,000 per year (tax included; it may differ by country). Payment is handled by the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple account.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel in iOS Settings under your Apple account → Subscriptions. After cancelling, the benefits last until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. The Operator cannot issue refunds directly.
- One subscription is tied to one account. Restoring it on another account releases it from the previous one. Deleting your account releases the subscription from it, but billing only stops when you cancel the subscription with Apple.
- Hums sent while subscribed keep their length and reach until they finish. After the subscription ends, new hums use the free limits, and any room or wave outside the free set goes back to the defaults.
- If prices or benefits change, we announce it in the app before it takes effect. Price increases follow Apple's consent process.
9. Limitation of liability
The core Service is free, and the Service is provided as is. The Operator does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The content of hums sent by other users is their responsibility, and the Operator does not review hums in advance. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of the Service. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Changes to these terms
Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes that are material or unfavorable to users are announced in the app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the change. If you do not, you can delete your account and stop using the Service.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any court proceedings take place in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
