이용약관 Terms of Service
1. 이 약관에 대해
이 약관은 dbeat(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 voplo 앱과 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 이용하는 조건이에요. Apple 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인하면 이 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봐요. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 이용할 수 없어요.
2. 서비스가 하는 일
voplo에서는 최대 30초의 허밍을 녹음해 보내요. 보낸 허밍은 무작위로 뽑힌 최대 5명에게 전달되고, 각 사람은 한 번만 들을 수 있어요. 다섯 명이 다 들었거나 24시간이 지나면 허밍이 보낸 사람에게 돌아오고, 돌아온 뒤 24시간 동안 다시 들을 수 있어요. 그 뒤엔 사라져요. 받은 허밍도 한 번 들으면 끝나고, 48시간 안에 듣지 않으면 만료돼요.
누구에게 전달될지는 고를 수 없어요. 서비스는 실시간 대화 수단이 아니고, 허밍을 오래 보관하는 곳도 아니에요.
3. 이용 자격과 계정
- 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있어요.
- 계정 하나는 사람 한 명이 써요. 계정을 다른 사람에게 넘기거나 빌려줄 수 없어요.
- 닉네임은 실명일 필요가 없어요. 다만 다른 사람을 사칭하거나 불쾌감을 주는 이름은 안 돼요.
- 계정은 프로필 화면에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있어요. 삭제하면 보낸 허밍과 받아둔 허밍이 모두 지워지고 되돌릴 수 없어요.
4. 내 허밍에 대한 권리
녹음한 허밍의 권리는 녹음한 사람에게 있어요. 서비스를 이용하면 운영자에게 그 허밍을 저장하고, 압축하고, 무작위로 뽑힌 이용자에게 전달하고, 정해진 시간이 지나면 삭제하는 데 필요한 범위의 비독점적 이용 허락을 준 것으로 봐요. 이 허락은 서비스 운영에만 쓰이고, 허밍이 삭제되면 함께 끝나요. 다른 사람의 목소리나 음악을 권리 없이 녹음해 보내면 안 돼요.
돌아온 허밍을 영상으로 저장하는 기능은 본인 용도예요. 다른 사람의 허밍은 저장되지 않아요.
5. 하면 안 되는 것
아래에 해당하는 허밍을 보내거나 행동을 하면 안 돼요.
- 위협, 자해나 자살을 조장하거나 묘사하는 내용
- 특정 개인이나 집단에 대한 혐오, 차별, 괴롭힘
- 선정적이거나 성적인 내용
- 광고, 스팸, 반복되는 소음, 아무 내용 없는 녹음
- 다른 사람의 개인정보(이름, 연락처, 주소 등)를 말하는 내용
- 법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용
- 서비스를 자동화 도구로 호출하거나, 배달 규칙을 우회하거나, 다른 이용자의 정보를 얻으려는 시도
- 서비스의 일부를 복제, 역설계, 재배포하는 행위
6. 신고와 조치
받은 허밍은 재생 화면에서 신고할 수 있어요. 신고가 들어오면 그 허밍은 즉시 모든 수신자에게서 회수되고, 신고한 사람은 그 발신자의 허밍을 다시 받지 않아요. 운영자는 신고된 허밍을 검토하기 위해 30일 동안 보존할 수 있어요.
이 약관을 위반했다고 판단되면 운영자는 사전 통지 없이 허밍을 삭제하거나, 서비스 이용을 제한하거나, 계정을 정지 또는 삭제할 수 있어요. 위반이 명백하지 않은 경우엔 가능한 범위에서 먼저 알려요.
7. 서비스의 변경과 중단
운영자는 서비스의 기능을 추가, 변경, 종료할 수 있어요. 서비스 전체를 종료할 때는 최소 30일 전에 앱 안에서 알려요. 점검, 장애, 외부 인프라 사정으로 서비스가 잠시 멈출 수 있고, 이때 표류 중이던 허밍의 시간 계산이 달라질 수 있어요.
8. 책임의 한계
서비스는 무료로, 있는 그대로 제공돼요. 운영자는 서비스가 끊기지 않거나 오류가 없을 것을 보증하지 않아요. 다른 이용자가 보낸 허밍의 내용은 그 이용자의 책임이고, 운영자는 이를 사전에 검수하지 않아요. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자는 서비스 이용으로 생긴 간접적이거나 특별한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않아요. 운영자의 고의나 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해에는 이 제한이 적용되지 않아요.
9. 약관의 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 올려요. 이용자에게 불리하거나 중요한 변경은 시행 최소 7일 전에 앱 안에서 알려요. 변경된 약관 시행 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봐요. 동의하지 않으면 계정을 삭제하고 이용을 멈출 수 있어요.
10. 준거법과 분쟁
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따라요. 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 먼저 아래 연락처로 알려 주시면 해결을 위해 노력하고, 소가 필요하면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 다뤄요.

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the voplo app and related services (the "Service") provided by dbeat (the "Operator"). By signing in with an Apple or Google account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
In voplo you record a hum of up to 30 seconds and send it. It is delivered to up to five randomly chosen people, each of whom can listen exactly once. When all five have listened, or 24 hours have passed, the hum comes back to you, and you can replay it for 24 hours. Then it is gone. A hum you receive also ends after one play and expires if unheard for 48 hours.
You cannot choose who receives a hum. The Service is not a real-time messaging tool and not a place to keep recordings.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 14 years old.
- One account is for one person. You may not transfer or lend it.
- Your nickname need not be your real name, but it may not impersonate someone else or be offensive.
- You can delete your account any time from the profile screen. Deletion erases your sent and held hums and cannot be undone.
4. Your hums
You own the hums you record. By using the Service you grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to store, compress, deliver to randomly selected users, and delete your hums, to the extent needed to run the Service. The license is used only to operate the Service and ends when the hum is deleted. Do not record and send other people's voices or music without the right to do so.
Saving a returned hum as a video is for your own use. Other people's hums cannot be saved.
5. What is not allowed
Do not send hums that, or otherwise act in ways that:
- threaten anyone, or encourage or depict self-harm or suicide
- express hate, discrimination, or harassment toward a person or group
- are sexual or sexually suggestive
- are advertising, spam, repeated noise, or empty recordings
- disclose someone else's personal information (name, contact details, address, and so on)
- break the law or infringe others' rights
- call the Service with automated tools, circumvent the delivery rules, or try to obtain other users' information
- copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service
6. Reports and enforcement
You can report a hum you receive from its playback screen. A reported hum is pulled from every recipient immediately, and you will not receive hums from that sender again. The Operator may keep a reported hum for 30 days for review.
If the Operator determines that these terms have been violated, it may delete hums, restrict use of the Service, or suspend or delete the account without prior notice. Where the violation is not clear-cut, we try to notify you first.
7. Changes to and discontinuation of the Service
The Operator may add, change, or end features. If the Service is shut down entirely, we give at least 30 days' notice in the app. Maintenance, outages, or third-party infrastructure issues may pause the Service, and the timing of hums in flight may shift as a result.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is free and provided as is. The Operator does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The content of hums sent by other users is their responsibility, and the Operator does not review hums in advance. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of the Service. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Changes to these terms
Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes that are material or unfavorable to users are announced in the app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the change. If you do not, you can delete your account and stop using the Service.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any court proceedings take place in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

voplo(이하 "서비스")는 30초 허밍을 녹음해 모르는 다섯 사람에게 보내고, 그들이 들으면 다시 돌아오는 앱이에요. dbeat(이하 "운영자")는 서비스를 운영하면서 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리해요. 이 방침은 개인정보 보호법 제30조에 따라 작성했어요.
1. 수집하는 개인정보와 목적
회원가입 절차가 따로 없어요. Apple 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인하면 그 순간부터 아래 정보가 처리돼요.

위치 정보, 연락처, 광고 식별자는 수집하지 않아요. 분석 도구나 광고 SDK도 쓰지 않아요.
마이크 권한은 녹음 버튼을 누를 때만 요청하고, 사진 보관함 추가 권한은 돌아온 허밍의 영상을 저장할 때만 요청해요. 둘 다 거부해도 로그인과 듣기는 그대로 돼요.
2. 보유 기간과 파기
허밍은 원래 사라지는 것이 전제예요. 서버가 자동으로 지워요.
- 음성 녹음: 보낸 뒤 최대 24시간 안에 돌아오고, 돌아온 뒤 24시간 동안 본인만 다시 들을 수 있어요. 그 뒤 오디오 파일과 기록이 삭제돼요. 받는 사람 쪽 사본은 한 번 들으면 재생이 끝나고, 48시간 안에 듣지 않으면 만료돼요.
- 신고된 허밍: 신고 즉시 모두에게서 회수되고, 검토를 위해 오디오와 기록을 30일 보존한 뒤 삭제해요.
- 차단 기록: 신고로 생긴 차단은 계정이 있는 동안 유지돼요. 그래야 같은 사람의 허밍이 다시 오지 않아요.
- 계정 정보, 닉네임, 푸시 토큰, 활동 시각: 계정이 있는 동안 보관해요.
- 계정 삭제: 앱의 프로필 화면에서 "계정 삭제"를 누르면 로그인 정보, 사용자 기록, 보낸 허밍과 그 오디오, 받아둔 허밍, 차단 기록이 서버에서 즉시 삭제돼요. Apple 계정으로 로그인한 경우 Apple 쪽 로그인 연결도 함께 해제해요. 신고 기록은 위 30일 보존 뒤 삭제돼요.
법령이 일정 기간 보존을 요구하는 정보가 생기면 그 기간만큼만 보존하고 다른 목적으로 쓰지 않아요.
3. 다른 사람에게 보이는 정보
허밍을 받는 사람에게는 닉네임, 고른 스타일과 파장, 음성만 보여요. 계정 식별자, 이메일, 이름은 다른 이용자에게 절대 노출되지 않아요. 보낸 사람에게는 몇 명이 들었는지와 하트가 찍힌 시각만 보이고, 누가 들었는지는 보이지 않아요.
4. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
서버 운영을 위해 아래 사업자의 인프라를 써요. 이 사업자들은 운영자의 지시에 따라서만 정보를 처리해요.

인증과 푸시 전달 과정에서 계정 식별자와 푸시 토큰이 국외로 전송돼요. 이전되는 항목은 그 목적에 필요한 최소한이고, 각 사업자의 개인정보 처리방침은 Firebase, Apple에서 볼 수 있어요. 이 밖에 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않아요. 법령에 따른 요청이 있을 때만 예외예요.
5. 이용자의 권리
- 닉네임은 프로필 화면에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있어요.
- 보낸 허밍은 앱 안에서 상태를 볼 수 있고, 정해진 시간이 지나면 스스로 사라져요.
- 계정 삭제는 프로필 화면에서 직접 할 수 있고, 동의 철회로 봐요.
- 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 원하면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요. 본인 확인 뒤 지체 없이 처리해요.
- 푸시 알림은 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있어요. 마이크, 사진 권한도 기기 설정에서 바꿀 수 있어요.
6. 아동의 개인정보
만 14세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없어요. 만 14세 미만의 정보가 수집된 것을 알게 되면 바로 삭제해요.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)돼요.
- 허밍을 배달하고, 들었다고 표시하고, 하트를 남기고, 신고하는 모든 동작은 서버가 검증한 뒤 처리해요. 기기가 다른 사람의 기록을 직접 읽거나 쓸 수 없어요.
- 오디오 파일은 그 파일을 받은 사람에게만 주어지는 주소로만 내려받을 수 있고, 파일이 삭제되면 주소도 함께 무효가 돼요.
- 서버 관리 권한은 운영자만 가지고 있어요.
8. 쿠키와 자동 수집
서비스는 앱으로만 제공되고 쿠키를 쓰지 않아요. 이 안내 페이지도 방문 기록을 남기지 않아요.

1. What we collect, and why
There is no separate sign-up form. Processing begins the moment you sign in with an Apple or Google account.

We do not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we use no analytics or advertising SDKs.
Microphone access is requested only when you tap record, and photo library access only when you save a returned hum as a video. Declining either does not affect signing in or listening.
2. Retention and deletion
Hums are meant to disappear. The server deletes them automatically.
- Voice recordings: a hum comes back within 24 hours of sending, and only you can replay it for 24 hours after that. Then the audio file and its record are deleted. A recipient's copy ends after a single play and expires if unheard for 48 hours.
- Reported hums: pulled from everyone immediately, then kept for 30 days for review before deletion.
- Blocks: a block created by a report lasts as long as your account, so that sender's hums keep away from you.
- Account data, nickname, push token, activity: kept while your account exists.
- Account deletion: tapping "delete account" in the profile screen immediately deletes your sign-in record, user record, sent hums and their audio, held hums, and blocks from our servers. For Apple accounts we also revoke the Sign in with Apple connection. Report records follow the 30-day retention above.
If a law requires us to keep certain data for a set period, we keep it for that period only and use it for nothing else.
3. What other people see
Recipients see only your nickname, the style and wave you chose, and the audio. Your account identifier, email, and name are never shown to other users. As a sender you see how many people listened and when hearts landed, never who.
4. Processors and international transfers
We run the Service on the following providers' infrastructure. They process data only on the Operator's instructions.

Account identifiers and push tokens cross borders during authentication and push delivery. Only what those steps need is transferred. Their own policies are at Firebase and Apple. Beyond this we do not share or sell personal information with anyone, except where the law requires it.
5. Your rights
- You can change your nickname any time in the profile screen.
- You can see the status of your sent hums in the app; they disappear on their own when their time is up.
- You can delete your account yourself from the profile screen. We treat this as withdrawing consent.
- To access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, contact us below. We act without undue delay after verifying it is you.
- Push notifications, microphone, and photo access can all be changed in your device settings.
6. Children
The Service is not available to anyone under 14. If we learn that we hold data from a child under 14, we delete it promptly.
7. Security
- All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Every action that moves a hum, marks it heard, leaves a heart, or files a report is validated by the server. Devices cannot read or write other people's records directly.
- Audio files can be downloaded only through an address issued to their recipient, and that address dies with the file.
- Only the Operator holds administrative access to the servers.
8. Cookies
The Service is app-only and uses no cookies. This page keeps no visit logs either.
